Looming

What's this looming thing everybody is trying to do?

Well I tried it out for myself. My tuition kid challenged me to do since she said if 5 year olds could do it so I could too. Lol. Kind girl gave me a box to start with and I was like oh wow this is fun. I started with the fork doing the fishtail and that worked out quite well. But then I wanted to buy a huge tray and stuff but SBB was like no way you'll ever finish it. But I did (: I finished the box and got myself... 

This. It isn't very expensive but I think it's cheaper as a whole. Got this from yew tee point. And for the whole afternoon I have been trying out some patterns like

So not bad, room for improvement though. And I tried a basket weave lol I knew in the middle I had something wrong going on but I just went ahead to see what it would look like. And.. Sadly 

 It looks something like the original but it's so short you can't show much of the basket design. Oh well but not bad for the first try I think hehe. 😊 a 12 peg length loom tray isn't sufficient for this. You kinda need like double the length for the whole design to fit your hand. 

So yay to me. I accomplished something and I'm happy that I learnt something new 👍
